Pan Seared Sea Trout (Blue Moon Fishmonger, NY)
Oyster mushrooms (Madura Farm, NY), Fava leaves (Evolutionary Organics, NY), Saffron "emulsion"

Fourth Course
Braised Goat "Torchon" (Lynnhaven Farm, NY)
Pea tendrils (Evolutionary Organics, NY), Cranberry beans ragou ,Onion jus

We're requesting $65 per person to cover the five-course meal and pre-dinner cocktail. (Gratuity is welcome)
